Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with applicable consumer law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at wizard@oneactualwizard.com. Once you notify us, you must return the item within 14 days.

For customers outside the UK and EU (including the United States, Canada, and Australia), we do not accept returns for change of mind, including incorrect size or preference, except where required by local law.


Return Conditions (where applicable)

Items may be tried on for fit, but must not be worn or used beyond what is necessary to assess them.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging where possible, along with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reduce refunds if items are returned in a condition that diminishes their value.

Returns must be approved in advance. Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided upon approval. We do not accept unsolicited returns.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Return Processing Fee

For non-defective returns (including change of mind), a fixed £10 return processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers third-party parcel receiving, handling, and forwarding costs.

This fee does not apply where items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (All Customers)

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on: personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, or gift cards.


Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept returns for incorrect size outside of the UK/EU legal cancellation period.


Pricing & Shipping

Our product prices may include embedded shipping and fulfilment costs. As such, no separate shipping fee is charged at checkout.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).


Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Where applicable under UK/EU law, refunds will include the amount paid for the product and the cost of standard delivery (if separately charged). Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For non-defective returns, the £10 return processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to reduce refunds if the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
